The Certified Food Scientist (CFS) preparatory course is an optional course for those interested in obtaining their Certified Food Scientist credential. This 2 day course will take place from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time on March 18 and 19, 2014. It includes a course binder, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and a networking reception. In addition, registrants will have access to practice exam questions both in person and online.
